Subluxation

A subluxation is a full or partial dislocation of a joint/bone, without the soft tissue injury associated with

a dislocation.

In HEDS, our entire skeleton can experience countless subluxations daily, and they can hurt.

We tend to be able to pop our bones back into place (relocate them) ourselves.
